Retail
- Jason Tangen and Jody Czajkoski with BANDIER Realty Partners' Foreclosure Asset Services Team (F.A.S.T.) represented Metro Bank, NA in the sale of a retail center located at 3307 Spring Stuebner West. The center sits on approximately 1.17 acres, and includes an additional 1.17 acre pad site for future development. The property was foreclosed on by Metro Bank in September 2011.
- Jason Tangen with BANDIER Realty Partners represented METROBANK, N.A. in the disposition of a 3,700 square foot Retail Condominium located off of Harry Hines Boulevard in Dallas, TX. The purchaser was brought direct to the bank through the canvassing efforts of Jason Tangen.
- Rob Banzhaf and Jason Tangen of BANDIER Realty Partners' Foreclosure Asset Services Team (F.A.S.T) represented Newtek Small Business Finance, Inc. in the disposition of a bank owned building located at 17012 Kieth Harrow Blvd, Houston TX 77084. This REO disposition was of a former Day Care facility of about 4,819 SF in size on a site of about 1.26 Acres. Closing and funding of this transaction took place within a month of BANDIER receiving the listing. The buyer, Iraci Santos Pereira, was represented by Sandra Billings of The Billings Group.
- Rob Banzhaf and Jason Tangen of BANDIER Realty Partners' Foreclosure Asset Services Team (F.A.S.T) represented Business Lenders, LLC in the disposition of a bank owned Full Service car wash located at 3010 1st Street, Rosenberg TX 77471. Business Lenders, LLC is an entity that services REO assets on behalf of Merrill Lynch. The purchaser, Danziger Investment Company Inc., was represented by Travis Reese.
Office
- Jason Tangen and Rob Banzhaf with BANDIER Realty Partners represented METROBANK, N.A. in the disposition of an unfinished Office Condominium development off of the Katy Freeway. The property consisted of two unfinished office condos, each about 3,851 square feet in size, and an additional 1.5 Acres of stabilized land originally platted for two additional office condominium buildings. The property is located on the South side of I-10 from the Park Ten Plaza.
Residential Development
- Jason Tangen with BANDIER Realty Partners represented Whitney Bank, N.A. in the disposition of a portfolio of residential lots in the new East Shore development within The Woodlands, TX. The purchaser of the property was brought direct through the efforts of Jason Tangen.
- Rob Banzhaf and Jason Tangen of BANDIER Realty Partners' Foreclosure Asset Services Team (F.A.S.T) represented Whitney Bank in the disposition of a portfolio of bank owned single family custom home lots within The Woodlands, TX. The lots within this portfolio were all located near the golf course within the growing Village of Sterling Ridge. The purchaser of this asset was Dreamworks Custom Homes.
Land
- Western Rim Investment Advisors has purchased 25 acres near the southwest corner of Interstate 45 North and FM 1488 just north of The Woodlands from US Bank Special Assets. Rob Banzhaf and Jason Tangen of Bandier Realty Partners' Foreclosure Asset Services Team represented the seller.

- Rob Banzhaf and Jason Tangen of BANDIER Realty Partners' Foreclosure Asset Services Team (F.A.S.T) represented Texas Community Bank with the disposition of 3.82 Acres of Land along Gosling Road, approximately 3 miles south of The Woodlands, TX. The purchaser of this asset was represented by Tracy Hoang of Robyn Jones Homes.
- BANDIER Realty Partners' Foreclosure Asset Services Team (F.A.S.T) represented the FDIC with the disposition of 12.45 Acres of Land fronting SH 105 in Conroe, TX. The asset sold was one of many assets in FDIC receivership from Franklin Bank, SSB. The purchaser of this asset was ITEX Professional Plaza, LLC.
Fast Team Press Release
- Bandier Realty Partners' Foreclosure Asset Services Team (F.A.S.T.) marketed and sold more than 20 foreclosed assets across Texas in the past six months. The Woodlands-based company represented lenders ranging from the private sector to large banks such as US Bank, Whitney Bank, Metro Bank and Texas Community Bank. The distressed properties were purchased for more than $10 million. The company also assists lenders with asset/property management and construction services after they regain title to an asset.
